The 2026 Annual Council Meeting and Court of Honor for National Lower Awards was held at BSP Camp Daarol, Compra, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte, celebrating Scouts and leaders whose dedication and service have made a lasting impact on the Scouting Movement.

This year, the Council proudly recognized the following Scout Leaders for their exemplary service:

Danilo Jabbah, Zamboanga del Norte Bet, Wins Gold in Wushu Sanda at ZPRAA 2026

Danilo Jabbah, a Grade 8 student of Julian Soriano Memorial Comprehensive High School, won the gold medal in wushu sanda during the ZPRAA 2026 held in Isabela City.

Jabbah showed skill and determination throughout the competition. In the final match, he only fought in the first round after his opponent surrendered.

He was coached by Jubert Dela Peña from Canatuan National High School, who helped him prepare for the competition.

Jabbah’s victory brought pride and honor not only in Siocon but to the entire division of Zamboanga del Norte.
