To help keep our campus safe and secure, our security personnel may conduct plain-view inspections at entry points.
This means they will only visually check your bags, packages, personal belongings, and vehicle interiors without unnecessarily touching or searching their contents.
To ensure this process is respectful and consistent, we kindly ask for your cooperation by opening, presenting, or positioning your bags, packages, and vehicle compartments as needed to allow security personnel to conduct a proper visual inspection.

We are requiring our students and employees to carry and present their valid institutional identification cards for easy identification by our security personnel. Students may also present their Certificate of Registration (COR) in lieu of an identification card.

We are also requiring our guests and visitors to present a valid identification card, state the purpose of their visit, register with designated security personnel, and secure a visitorโs pass before entering our University premises.

We ask drivers and passengers to roll down their vehicle windows to permit a plain-view inspection of the interior. We also ask them to undergo a plain-view inspection of bags.

Our security personnel may require drivers or passengers to open motorcycle utility/top boxes, saddlebags, storage compartments, trunks, cargo areas, and other readily accessible portions of the vehicle when reasonably necessary.
