Ang maong placement test bukás ug LIBRE para sa mga mag-eskwela nga sobra na sa angay nga edad sa ilang grade level, gikan elementarya hangtod sekundarya, mapa-publico man o pribado nga eskwelahan. Mao kini ang mga angay andamon o REQUIREMENTS:

🔹 FOR NEW TEST-TAKERS
✔️ Original & photocopy of Birth Certificate (PSA/LCR)
✔️ Certified True Copy of School Record (SF10/Form 137) with dry seal
✔️ Certificate of attendance in intervention programs / proof of schooling (if applicable)
✔️ Two (2) identical 1x1 colored ID pictures with name tag
✔️ Accomplished Regular PEPT Registration Form
