⚠️❗‼️ We are now accepting Paying WALK-IN or REGULAR Industry Worker or RETAKERS of the QUALIFICATIONS mentioned below especially in BKP NC III ASSESSMENT. APPLY/COMPLY as EARLY AS NOW for a SECURED SLOT ON THE ASSESSMENT DAY ‼️⚠️
UPDATE of SLOTS needed: Three (3) LEFT for the 1st batch of candidates on assessment day 1 for BKP NC III.
DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS (to be prepared by the candidate):
1. 2 pcs Passport Size Picture (with Collar and Colored with White Background)
2. 1 clear copy of NSO or Live Birth Certificate
3. FOR STUDENTS or Scholars only:
-1 clear copy of Training Certificate or any related Certificate of the Qualification (Ex. of Qualification: Bookkeeping NC III)
4. FOR INDUSTRY WORKERS only:
-1 clear copy of Employment Certificate emphasizing the position related to the Qualification (Ex. Bookkeeper, Welder [specified such as Shielded Metal Arc or Tungsten Inert Gas Welder], Electrician, etc.)
5.List of Assessment Fees of:
✅BKP NC III = 841.00 PHP
✅SMAW NC I = 2,234.00 PHP
✅SMAW NC II = 2,697.00 PHP (needs SMAW NC I holder for students, If Industry Worker w/ Exp. and COE no need)
✅GTAW NC II = 2,126.00 PHP (needs SMAW NC II holder for students, If Industry Worker w/ Exp and COE no need)
ASSESSMENT CENTER PAPERS (to be emailed to candidate or claim on the assessment center):
1. APPLICATION FORM (printed on a Long Bondpaper)
2. SELF ASSESSMENT GUIDE (SAG) (printed on an A4 size or Long Bondpaper)
