🎉 CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR NC II COOKERY PASSERS! 🎉

Last December 11, 2025, ten (10) students from the Silay SPED Center – Livelihood Skills Class successfully passed the TESDA NC II Cookery Assessment. By God’s grace, all of them passed, officially becoming NC II Cookery holders.

These remarkable learners are Deaf students and proudly stand as the 1st Batch of the Livelihood Skills Package of Silay SPED Center. Their journey proves that disability is never a barrier to excellence, and that with determination, proper support, and faith, success is always possible.

We celebrate your perseverance, skills, and courage. You have completed the program with flying colors, and today, you inspire our entire school community.

Silay SPED Center officially launched Project LINIS (Leading Initiatives for Neat and Ideal Spaces)—a division-wide initiative promoting cleanliness, safety, and shared responsibility in our learning environment.

Through this project, our learners, teachers, and parents came together to clean, organize, and beautify the school grounds, creating a space where every child can learn and thrive with pride. 💚

Thank you to everyone who joined, supported, and embraced the spirit of teamwork. Together, we build not just a cleaner campus, but a stronger SPED community. 🌟
