We are excited to showcase our community's spirit and devotion through our participation i the opening ceremony, the NNNP Trde Fair, the Wildlife Poster Mkaing Contest, Talas ng Kaliskasan, and the Creative Dance Competition. August 6, 2026 | A consultation meeting was held this morning with local vendors and restaurant owners to discuss their concerns and identify ways to improve the community, together with the Barangay Balaring officials, Silay City Tourism, BPLO, City Traffic, ENRO, and the Garbage Collection Unit, working towards a cleaner, safer, and more organized Barangay Balaring.

The Silay City Tourism successfully held the 1st Silay City Food Sector Tourism Alignment Meeting on July 22, 2026 at Sen. Jose C. Locsin Cultural and Civic Center, with the theme, "Serving Silay: Aligning Our Food Sector for Tourism Growth."

Together with our local food and tourism stakeholders, we continue to strengthen partnerships that celebrate Silay's culinary heritage and drive tourism growth.
