Philippine Coconut Gastronomy Center

Community Cooking was the first activity after the launching of the Philippine Coconut Gastronomy Movement - San Pablo; January 13, 2026 at Casa San Pablo.

The movement brings together coconut farmers, producers, kitchen cooks, chefs, and consumers – a beautiful collaboration to bridge food and culture, people and communities, farms and kitchen 🤝. This holistic approach recognizes the intricate relationships between food, culture, and people, making it a truly gastronomic experience.

Launching of the first Philippine Coconut Gastronomy Movement (CocoGastro.ph) at the Annual Coconut Festival last January 12, 2026 at the Coty Plaza in San Pablo City, Laguna.

This movement brings together coconut farmers, producers, kitchen cooks, chefs, and consumers – a beautiful collaboration to bridge food and culture, people and communities, farms and kitchen 🤝. This holistic approach recognizes the intricate relationships between food, culture, and people, making it a truly gastronomic experience.

Thank you An Mercado Alcantara, Tourism Officer and EJ Delgado, Agriculture Officer of San Pablo City for embracing the Coconut Gastronomy Concept. Together, CocoKusina, Office of Tourism and Agriculture office of San Pablo successfully launched the movement for Coco Gastronomy.
