St. Bartholomew was one of the Twelve Apostles chosen by Jesus Christ. After the Resurrection, he traveled to preach the Gospel in various regions, bringing Christianity to many people despite dangers and persecution. Tradition says he was eventually martyred for his faith. He became remembered for his courage, loyalty, and dedication to spreading the teachings of Christ.

St. Bartholomew practiced discipline through steadfast faith and obedience to his mission. Even in difficult situations, he remained committed to preaching and serving God. His life shows that discipline involves perseverance, courage, and remaining faithful to one’s beliefs even during suffering and uncertainty.

Born in Fontaine-lès-Dijon, France in 1090, Ge entered the Cistercian monastery at a young age and later founded the Abbey of Clairvaux, which became an important center of spiritual renewal in the Church. Known for his wisdom, humility, and powerful preaching, he helped reform monastic life and encouraged deeper devotion to God.

He is the 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬. St. Bernard showed discipline through his simple and prayerful lifestyle. Despite his influence and leadership, he lived humbly and remained committed to fasting, study, prayer, and service. His life teaches that discipline means staying faithful to one’s responsibilities, avoiding complacency, and putting spiritual growth into action every day.

For the safety, protection, and well-being of our students, the Junior High School Department will conduct Synchronous Online Classes on August 20, 2026 (Thursday).

This learning arrangement is pursuant to Memorandum Circular 131, as recommended by the NDRRMC and due to the continuous Heavy Rainfall accompanied by the enhanced Southwest Monsoon.

Students are expected to attend their scheduled synchronous online classes and regularly check their 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒚 𝒂𝒄𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒔 for class schedules, learning materials, assigned activities, instructions, and important announcements from their teachers.

Parents and guardians are likewise encouraged to assist and ensure that students are able to participate in their online classes and complete their assigned learning tasks.

Let us continue to prioritize the safety, protection, and welfare of every RCian while remaining committed to learning.

Well known amongst old-timers, relatively unknown to newcomers. Save the date, seniors, as 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 is the start of the 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸. As the Term 1 draws to a close, a student's subjects too must give one final activity. Performance tasks gradually pile up after weeks upon weeks of discussion; thus a weeklong dedication to students’ completion of their performance task is given every term.

Be ready, not weary. Give it your all, seniors! Even though it will be the most tiring week of the month, try your best to stay on top of your deadlines. Everyone may grow tired, but remember to always work together. No one can do it alone; therefore, help each other to get through this gruesome week. Good luck, seniors!
