In order to test the Incident Command System, the Cadet Attachment Program simulated a high-profile Person Deprived of Liberty (PDL) attending a court hearing. Protesters complained to an unsatisfactory decision during the hearing. The PDL was unexpectedly shot and killed, which resulted in a hostage crisis at Crime Scene Plaza. Both a Crisis Management Task Group and an Incident Command System were set up. Support staff, including a fire truck and an ambulance with a medical crew, were called in, and an assault team was placed on standby.

The role-playing exercise enhanced tactical expertise and situational flexibility. It demonstrated how well-coordinated PNP, BJMP, and BFP agencies are when working together inside the Incident Command System. The exercise made clear how crucial quick response is and how much government knowledge is required. Collaborative training can improve crisis management skills and promote teamwork, guaranteeing effective solutions to upcoming obstacles and emphasizing public safety.

The Philippine National Police (PNP) uses mobile patrols, foot patrols, and checkpoints to strengthen security and vigilance when there is a red alert. By addressing a wider region and acting quickly in the event of suspicious activity, these preventative measures enhance public safety by preventing illegal activity. Checkpoints act as a point of control for people, cars, and cargo, prohibiting unauthorized access and guaranteeing obedience to security protocols. These actions comfort the public and show that we are prepared to respond appropriately.

In order to safeguard private property and legal rights, police officers must obtain a search warrant before searching an unregistered firearm. Enforcing search warrants properly, treating people with professionalism and respect, and keeping accurate records are essential to fighting illegal possession of fi****ms and enhancing public safety.

For police personnel to be prepared to deal with threats to security like armed assaults or attacks, station defense plans are essential. These plans give officers the tools they need to recognize vulnerabilities, set preventative security measures in place, and coordinate coordinated actions. This program develops cooperation, communication, and situational awareness among officers to help them adapt and respond appropriately in high-stress circumstances. Public safety is ensured in the face of security threats through the strengthening of preparation and resilience through station defense plan simulation.

The Women and Child Protection Service (WCPS), which offers advocacy, assistance, and protection for vulnerable people, is crucial in situations of abuse, exploitation, and trafficking. To ensure moral investigations and justice, police must prioritize care based on trauma, sensitivity, empathy, and confidentiality rules.

To handle complicated situations and maintain the public's trust in law enforcement, the Philippine National Police (PNP) formed the Special Investigation Task Group (SITG). This is an opportunity that provides graduating cadets from the PNP Academy with firsthand experience to real-world policing challenges, supporting the development of critical investigative skills and an understanding of procedural intricacies. These interactions give cadets the skills and information they need to deal with ethically and successfully with law enforcement's future issues.

Under PLTCOL Jaime Rafael Nadela's guidance, an imitation Buy-Bust Operation was conducted as part of the Cadet Attachment Program. Cadets were able to gain a practical understanding of law enforcement protocols through this simulation, specifically in relation to drug-related offenses. The study demonstrated how important it is to have thorough plans, communicate clearly, and follow procedures in order to guarantee the effectiveness and security of such operations. The cadets' understanding of law enforcement techniques was enhanced by this hands-on experience, which also highlighted their future duties as defenders of the public and advocates of justice.

MARCH 16, 2024

In compliance with the "C-Clean" PNPA Director's ABCD program, Rizal CPS personnel organised a clean-up drive at NCBN 1, Gen. Luna St. Camp General Mariano N. Castaneda Silang, Cavite, on March 16, 2024. Officer of the Day PCAPT Patrick Generoso Gascon gave personnel guidance by conducting a daily accounting and pre-deployment briefing. PMAJ Jose María C. Jasmin encouraged personnel to stick to the ABCD program while doing a daily accounting. To inform students about the roles and activities of the Rizal City Police Station, an information drive and educational tour were held at 11:30 AM. A dragnet operation to prevent and control crimes within AOR was conducted by Rizal CPS troops at Gen Luna St. Camp Gen Mariano N. Castaneda around 8:30 PM. The operation was called a Hasty Checkpoint.

PLTCOL Ricalde provided a pre-deployment briefing and Daily Accounting at 7:45 AM, emphasizing duty and responsibility for public safety. In order to encourage a way of learning, PMAJ GABRIEL UNAY and PLTCOL ARIEL S BAIT briefed the Laya Diwa class of 2024 at 8:30 AM.

PCAPT PATRICK GENEROSO GASCON led the quick response team of Rizal CPS to an anxious complaint of possible RA 9262 violation during routine checkpoint operations at General Luna St., which was intended to manage traffic and provide security.

Food packs were given to Teravera construction workers as a gesture of kindness as part of PCR. Threats, especially from the Sparrow Unit, were stopped at 10:00 PM by another checkpoint operation at General Luna Street under the command of PLT ROVIC M CATUNGAL.

March 14 , 2024

Starting today, the Cadet Attachment Program's third phase will focus on practical application through the building of a temporary police station and the creation of division offices. This phase seeks to familiarize the cadets with the operations of a police station and equip them with the skills necessary to protect and serve the public.

In order to enhance the psychological, physical, and morale of its employees and promote togetherness and collaboration, the Rizal CPS launched the "PULISTENIKS" program. In order to discourage crime and enforce traffic laws, a checkpoint was set up at General Luna Street.

Additionally, OPLAN BAKAL—a situation in which law enforcement agents covertly investigate public areas in order capture armed persons and prevent criminal activity—was presented to the cadets. Bridging the knowledge gap between theory and practice is the program's primary goal.

The time I spent in the Taytay Municipal Police Station was a time of learning, progress, and invaluable knowledge. I learned important abilities and knowledge that would help me in my future job, from observing police officers in action to teaching to college students studying criminology at ICCT. During my time at the station.

I gained my adaptability and motivate at the academy's disciplined environment, which were necessary for the Taytay MPS daily program. I became a more effective and responsible officer as a result of this training, and I gained valuable knowledge and skills that I will use throughout my career. All things considered, my experience at Taytay MPS was essential in shaping me into the officer I am currently, and I am thankful of the opportunities and education it provided.

on February 28,2024, we addressed senior high school students in Taytay, discussing drug addiction and the Safe Spaces Act. The students' maturity presented a unique challenge, but we adjusted our approach to ensure engagement and comprehension. The students actively participated, demonstrating genuine interest in the topics. By tailoring the presentation to their interests, we fostered a deeper connection and exchanged meaningful ideas. Their active participation and sincere interest enhanced the learning experience. This collaborative atmosphere emphasized the importance of open dialogue with youth, promoting awareness and safety through proactive community engagement.

We gave a lecture to students in 5th grade at Arinda Elementary Schoolin Barangay San Juan, Cainta Rizal, today as part of our station's Police-Community Affairs and Development (PAD) program. Our focus was on providing them with brief but crucial information about the dangers of drug abuse. Throughout the talk, we went over basic topics including identifying drugs, describing their effects, and talking about the appropriate laws that relate to the subject. We addressed the presentation with the utmost caution, aware of the potential impact of what we said on impressionable minds, given the sensitivity of our young audience.

Even though these kids were young, it was clear to me that they were in a vulnerable circumstance where they might be persuaded to do crimes. Taytay MPS thus had comparable discussions with senior high school students and other young people in order to extend our reach beyond the primary level. Our goal was quite clear: we wanted to give these young people an impression of consciousness and toughness so they would have the knowledge and strength to fight off the temptation of illegal drugs before they had a chance to become habitual users.
