Today's training at Aguinaldo CPS focused on the Incident Command System (ICS). Despite encountering challenges such as a convoy ambush and a hostage situation, our quick activation of the ICS and collaboration with agencies like the BFP and SOCO allowed us to respond effectively. Negotiations led by our Incident Commander resolved the hostage situation, while the discovery of explosives prompted swift action. This experience highlighted the importance of flexibility, teamwork, and continuous improvement in crisis response. We gained valuable insights to enhance our readiness for future crises.

Getting closer to the culmination of our case-based training, the challenges were rising having new limits of preparation and resilience. Today, a raid on our station is in broad daylight, catching us off guard. Amidst initial awe, our training did kicked in, and we repelled the attackers with coordinated precision, earning commendation for our vigilance from PLTCOL MAYUGA. This served as a clear reminder of the critical importance of remaining ever on guard and prepared, as threats can materialize unexpectedly.

In the coming of night, if prompted us to tighten our defenses, setting up checkpoints and reinforcing our camp defense plan under the Chief of Police's cautionary guidance.
Events of the night emplied the invaluable nature of intelligence in threat anticipation and highlighted the significance of every decision in maintaining the security of our station and community. Through fatigue and weariness, we stood firm, realizing that our journey in law enforcement was not just about reacting to threats but about proactive preparation and unwavering dedication to the safety and well-being of those we serve.

Aguinaldo City Police Station personnel, under the leadership of PGEN BENJAMIN C ACORDA JR, conducted an information drive on the "BAGONG PILIPINAS" campaign in Aguinaldo City and its vicinity, including the Philippine National Police Academy cadets. This proactive approach aligns with strategic initiatives and fosters community engagement, aiming to promote civic responsibility and active participation among residents.

On March 18, 2024, Aguinaldo City conducted a turnover ceremony, overseen by PLTCOL ERICSON GUIAB. The event marked the transition from PLTCOL Maria Teresa P Dela Cruz to PLTCOL James Carlo G Rodriguez as the new Chief of Police. PLTCOL Rodriguez's leadership promises a safer future through enhanced safety measures, vigilance, and community service, strengthening ties between law enforcement and citizens for a harmonious and secure environment.

Aguinaldo CPS responded to a shooting incident at Crime Scene Plaza, Camp General Mariano N. Castaneda, Silang Cavite, led by PLT Rizaldy Bilgera. They secured the area for SOCO and investigation, gathering crucial information. At 3:00 PM, a hasty checkpoint and dragnet operation captured the suspect along Gen. Emilio Jacinto Road, Silang, Cavite. The operation was under the leadership of PLT Kent Jerico Belardo, Chief of Operations. (For training purposes only. - Reiteration of the Intensified Cleanliness Policy (ICP) and ABCD Policy.

- Area and Perimeter Security for a school visit at PNPA, coupled with community relations activities by the PCR Section.

- Conducting a hasty checkpoint operation in response to a reported bank robbery, led by PLT Belardo.

- Emphasis on continuous learning and improvement within the police force, with debriefing by PLTCOL JOSE CALIGUIRAN COBALLES.

After Duty Officer conducted the Daily PNP Personnel Accounting Report (DPPAR), followed by Chief of Police's feedback on scheduled activities and areas for improvement, the cadet went on and prepared for Testimonial Parade and Review, featuring an inspiring speech by PMGEN Dimas emphasizing positivity, excellence, leadership development, and the importance of upholding core values in public service. Ended with a call to embrace continuous learning and leadership roles in law enforcement.
After which back on duty again conducting night checkpoint in designated area, to inspect vehicles and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. These checkpoints are crucial for enhancing road safety, preventing illegal activities such as drunk driving or drug trafficking, and enforcing traffic laws.
