Sometimes, we overthink. We ask ourselves, “𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘧 𝘐 𝘧𝘢𝘪𝘭?” or “𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘧 𝘐’𝘮 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩?” Those thoughts are normal.

But don’t let fear convince you to stop trying. Every small step you take is still progress. You don’t have to have everything figured out right now. Just keep showing up, keep learning, and keep believing in yourself.

One day, you’ll look back and realize that all your efforts were worth it.

This month, we celebrate Nutrition Month as a reminder that good health starts with the choices we make every day.

Eating nutritious and balanced meals gives our bodies the energy we need to stay active. Small healthy choices may seem simple, but they can make a big difference over time.

As part of our Nutrition Month 2026 Celebration, the TLE Department of Gen. Vito Belarmino Integrated National High School, are launching the Gulayan sa Silid-Aralan: Inter-Class Planting and Growing Contest to encourage every learner to value proper nutrition, food security, and environmental stewardship.

This year's Nutrition Month theme:
"Sa PPAN, Sama-sama sa Nutrisyong Sapat Para sa Lahat! Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan!"

🌿 Assigned vegetables per year level:
🥬 Grade 7 – Pechay
🥬 Grade 8 – Mustasa
🥬 Grade 9 – Pakchoy
🥬 Grade 10 – Lettuce

Let us work together to transform our classrooms into productive and healthy learning spaces. Through teamwork, dedication, and care for nature, we can cultivate not only vegetables but also responsibility, cooperation, and a love for healthy living.

Together, let us grow a greener school and a healthier future!
