Our Valentine’s Day event was successfully celebrated with hearts full of joy, laughter, and unforgettable memories! 🤩❤️ This special day was not only about romance, but also about appreciating friendship, kindness, respect, and the strong sense of unity within our school community.

Through the different activities prepared, students were given the opportunity to express their gratitude, share positivity, and create meaningful connections with one another. ❤️

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to all students, teachers, and staff who participated and supported this event. We also extend our profound gratitude to Dr. Eleonor Calayag for her invaluable support and guidance, which significantly contributed to the success of this celebration. Furthermore, we are deeply thankful to our esteemed Speaker, Ms. Amanda Tumbaga Mendoza, for her inspiring message that truly resonated with everyone and enriched the spirit of our "Generation of Love: Love that Grows" theme.

On February 10, 2026, South Forbes City College proudly welcomed the Regional Quality Assurance Team (RQAT) for the evaluation of its Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management (BSREM) program. This significant event highlights the institution’s continuous commitment to academic excellence and quality education.

The evaluation was led by CHED Region IV, represented by Dr. Pelagio C. Labang, Education Supervisor II / IZN Focal Person, who conducted a thorough assessment of the program’s compliance, curriculum, faculty qualifications, facilities, and academic resources.

Present during the evaluation were the college officials who actively supported the initiative:

• Dr. Eleonor H. Calayag – Academic Head
• Dr. Don Kenneth P. Rafal – Chairman, BSREM Program
• Ms. De Leon – School Librarian

The visit included program review, documentation validation, and an inspection of learning resources and facilities to ensure the institution’s readiness in delivering quality Real Estate Management education.

This milestone marks another step forward for South Forbes City College in strengthening its academic programs and reinforcing its dedication to producing competent and industry-ready graduates.

Theme: “It’s Okay to Not Be Okay”

Last September 21, 2025, SFCC joined the global community in honoring Mental Health Awareness Month through a meaningful and heartfelt event.

We gathered as one SFCC community to celebrate an event that goes beyond academics, an event that reminds us of the value of understanding, compassion, and hope.

Through this Mental Health Awareness program, we were able to hear real stories from our students, each one unique, each one powerful. These stories reminded us that behind every smile is a journey, and that sharing is never a sign of weakness; it’s a sign of courage.

Mental health matters. Events like this are not just about raising awareness, but about breaking the stigma and building a community where everyone feels safe, supported, and heard.
