To All Faculty, Staff, and Students

Please be reminded that students are not permitted to stay or loiter in the offices and residences of PMI and BALII faculty and staff—whether inside or outside the compound—as well as in the dormitory rooms of DSA staff, unless they have valid reasons.

Students may enter offices only for official business, academic concerns, or when specifically requested by a faculty or staff member.

This policy, implemented in line with the PMI Handbook and the DSA guidelines, seeks to uphold order, professionalism, privacy, and a positive working environment for all.

We respectfully ask for your cooperation, understanding, and self-discipline in observing this policy at all times. Thank you for your continued support.
