⚠️ Dahil sa mga pag-ulan nitong mga nakaraang araw, maaaring saturated na ang lupa. Dahil dito, mas mataas ang posibilidad ng pagbaha at pagguho ng lupa kung magpapatuloy ang mga malalakas na ulan sa mga susunod na araw.

In light of the webinar of Oplan StRoS that was held last May 30, our resource speaker, Mr. Roy J. Cabonegro apart from discussing possible action recommendations, has also enlightened us with 3 possible opportunities that can be utilized towards river restoration and preservation.
