In light of current weather conditions, FEU Cavite is proactively implementing its 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟏𝟖 𝐭𝐨 𝟐𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 (𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲). This measure aims to prioritize the health, safety, and well-being of our school community while ensuring that teaching and learning remain uninterrupted.

Please take note of the learning arrangements per academic department:

-FEU Cavite Basic Education Department All classes will shift to the Online Synchronous learning modality during this period.

-FEU Cavite Higher Education Department:Faculty members are given the flexibility to determine the appropriate learning modality (i.e. whether synchronous or asynchronous) depending on their individual circumstances and the nature of their courses. HED students are advised to coordinate directly with their respective faculty members regarding the designated learning modality for each of their classes.

All students are advised to regularly check Canvas and other official communication channels for class instructions, learning materials, activities, and required outputs. Please keep monitoring FEU Cavite's official social media page and Outlook (E-mail) for further announcements or updates.

3. Facilities and Technical Services (FTS) will maintain a skeletal workforce on-site to monitor facilities and handle essential maintenance.

Horns up, Tams! Pursuant to the announcement of the Municipal Government of Silang, please be informed that CLASSES in ALL LEVELS are SUSPENDED today (August 14, 2026).

Following FEU Cavite's Learning Continuity Plan, BASIC EDUCATION Students will be dismissed at 11:30 AM today to give time for their parents and school service providers to fetch them from Campus. Classes will shift to Independent Learning Modality.

Meanwhile, for COLLEGE, students will be dismissed at 12:00 NN. Classes from 12:00 NN to 3:00 PM will shift to INDEPENDENT LEARNING, while classes from 3:00 PM onwards will shift to SYNCHRONOUS ONLINE to give time for teachers and students to travel safely back home.

Offices remain open for ONSITE transactions.

📣🌧 Horns up, Tams

In line with the advisory of the Provincial Government of Cavite and pursuant to FEU Cavite's policies on class suspensions and emergency preparedness, ALL ONLINE and ONSITE classes in FEU CAVITE (BED & HED) are 𝐒𝐔𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐃 today, August 10, 2026. This advisory supersedes yesterday’s announcement.

The suspension is in response to the latest advisory from the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), which placed affected areas under an Orange Rainfall Warning due to severe weather conditions.

As a precautionary measure, classes are being suspended to minimize risks associated with possible flooding and other weather-related hazards and to ensure the safety and well-being of all FEU Cavite students, faculty members, and personnel.

Everyone is advised to monitor official FEU Cavite communication channels for further updates and announcements.
