#𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀: Now serving as a Management Trainee for Leasing and Project Development at one of Manila's leading real estate development corporations, Jurgen Daniel G. Nuñez (Batch 2025, BSBA-FM, Magna Cum Laude) is already making significant strides in his professional career. This trajectory was set long before his graduation, with a notable leadership journey at FEU Cavite, where he served in multiple capacities, including Treasurer and Head of Logistics for the Student Council, Auditor for the Cavite Youth Leaders for Entrepreneurship, and Founder of the Junior Financial Executives (JFINEX). His commitment to service was further recognized through a heartfelt message of gratitude in for his heartfelt service and selfless dedication.

“FEU Cavite provided me with both the academic foundation and leadership experiences,” Jurgen reflects. “Through organizations, I developed collaboration, decision-making, and communication skills, while extracurriculars built my confidence and broaden my perspective.”

These foundational experiences have translated seamlessly into his current role, where he works directly with officers, managers, and senior executives, even having direct exposure to the CEO on select project development matters.

“I am most proud of contributing to projects and decisions that support the long-term vision and growth of the company,” he shares. “I have been able to provide support in both initiatives, helping create value while being early in my career.”

For Jurgen, the lessons from FEU Cavite have proven invaluable in navigating the corporate world, equipping him with the tools necessary to make a meaningful impact and continuously grow as a professional.

#𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀: Long before graduating this July, Matthew Coralde (Batch 2026, BSBA-FM) had already established himself as a leader on campus. Beginning as a freshman student leader, he remained actively involved throughout his college years, earning the TAMS Culture of Excellence Service Award.

“My experiences and involvement at FEU Cavite, particularly through JFINEX and Student Council, have played a significant role in shaping me into a more responsible, confident, and service-oriented individual,” he shares.

That same sense of responsibility carried into his internship at Tagaytay Highlands as an Accounting and Property Intern, where he handled accounting tasks, property inventory, document filing, data encoding, and other administrative responsibilities.

“I also took pride in completing my accounting and property management responsibilities accurately and efficiently, helping maintain organized records and supporting the department's daily operations,” he says. “These experiences taught me that even small contributions, when done with dedication and attention to detail, can make a meaningful impact on an organization's overall success.”

For Coralde, the experiences—whether in the classroom, in student organizations, or during his internship—have prepared him to transition confidently from student life to the professional world and have inspired him to continuously grow both personally and professionally.

#𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀: Chess player and former JFINEX Third Year Representative 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗝𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘇𝗮 reaches another milestone, this time beyond his roles as an athlete and student leader.

Jardeleza, a member of the Class of 2026, earned his 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗠𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. He also successfully completed his internship at a cooperative bank, where he was responsible for maintaining loan ledgers and compiling members' confidential documents.

Looking back on his college journey, Jardeleza fondly recalls representing the BA Department in chess during every Intramurals.

“In leadership, we all have flaws. If the odds are high, always think, 'How do I turn the tables in my favor?' Seeing every perspective of a problem leads to the best solution,” he shares.

For Jardeleza, a weak leader sees only one perspective and believes a problem is unsolvable. In contrast, a strong leader considers every perspective and focuses on finding the best possible solution.

“Learning from failure is the best teacher that helps us reflect and strategize, because a leader who does not accept failure is like an old book that has never been opened to all its wonderful pages,” he adds.
