𝗗𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗾𝘂𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻 𝗚. 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘀?
In every sermon that you listen to in the church, her name and words are always spoke out. Others even 'cherry pick' her writings to support their own narratives, when It's not the whole story of her sayings at all!

Others even thought that Ellen is the founder of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, just like how Joseph Smith is the founder of The Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints (AKA Mormons). Up to the point that they deem our denomination as a Cult.

Do you also even thought how her writings are still important in our current time, when her other commentaries can be only applied in their own era?

The 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 invites our fellow Ministerial Students of 1st Year, 3rd Year, and 4th Year,* for an inspiring departmental separate sabbath as we reflect on our heritage, explore the enduring relevance of Ellen G. White’s writings and legacy today, and discuss how her insights continue to guide us in the 21st century.

• Date: September 19, 2026
• Location: CTE Room GF 2

Mark your calendars, bring your insights/questions, and let’s learn and grow together! See you there!

The 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 was blessed to have 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗯 𝗟𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗶𝘁, a church planter and coach from Cavite Mission, who shared valuable insights on 𝙐𝙧𝙗𝙖𝙣 𝙈𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣—challenging future pastors to reach people where they live, work, and connect.

We were also inspired by 𝗗𝗿. 𝗗𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗵 who shared a meaningful message that encouraged and challenged us as future pastors to remain faithful to God’s calling and mission.

🙏 Thank you to all the students, faculty, and everyone who attended and participated in this meaningful forum!

May what we learned today inspire us to become pastors who are ready to serve, reach, and make disciples wherever God sends us.
