LOOK: The Southern Leyte Division Education Program Supervisor (EPS) in English, Salvador A. Artigo Jr., visited our school together with the newly designated Silago District In-Charge, Erwin C. Layao, Tubaon Elementary School Head Joseph Villasotes, and Silago National Vocational High School Principal Elmer I. Loquinte. They conducted a personal monitoring of the implementation of the ARAL Summer Reading Program and Oplan Balik Eskwela at Katipunan National High School.

They also monitored the individual teaching programs of the teachers and emphasized the importance of strictly following DepEd Memoranda regarding the proper computation of teaching loads. This is to ensure that teachers with overload assignments receive the appropriate compensation, whether in the form of financial remuneration or service credits.

During the visit, they met and had meaningful discussions with the teachers and the school head, Maria Lucita S. Valenzona, regarding the school's ongoing programs, activities, and developments.

The school is grateful for this visit, as it provides assurance that the Department of Education (DepEd) Central Office, Regional Office, and Schools Division Office are making sincere efforts to listen to and address the concerns of schools.

Dako kaayong pasalamat gikan sa Katipunan National High School alang sa tanang volunteers, ginikanan gikan sa atong mga covered barangays gikan sa Silago-Katipunan, Imelda, Catmon, ug Abuyog-Pinamanagan, Mahayahay, Tinocolan, Old Taligue, New Taligue, mga magtutudlo ug advisers, learners, alumni, community partners sama sa 4Ps Members, Womens' Association, KCIA organization, CAFGU forces, TUPAD Beneficiaries, local government sa Silago ug Barangay ug SK officials sa Katipunan, ug stakeholders nga wala mahisguti apan naghatag sa ilang panahon, kusog, ug suporta alang sa kalampusan sa atong Brigada Eskwela 2026.
Tungod sa inyong kooperasyon ug tinuoray nga espiritu sa bayanihan, mas andam na karon ang atong eskwelahan sa pag-abli sa bag-ong tuig-eskwela ug sa paghatag og limpyo, luwas, ug maayong palibot sa pagkat-on para sa atong mga estudyante.
Ang inyong dedikasyon ug pagtinabangay nagpamatuod nga ang edukasyon usa ka responsibilidad natong tanan. Bisan unsa pa kadako o kagamay ang inyong nahatag nga tabang, dako kini og natampo sa kalampusan sa atong Brigada Eskwela.
Sa pagtapos sa Brigada Eskwela 2026, atong gisaulog dili lamang ang mga nahimong kausaban ug kalamboan sa atong eskwelahan, apan usab ang mas lig-on nga panaghiusa ug panag-uban sa atong komunidad.
