Mga Guinikanan ug Guardians sa atong mga estudyante sa Mercedes NHS, palihug pagbasa sa maong NOTICE. Kini nagpahibalo kaninyo nga ang atong mga BATA naka MODULAR mode sa adlawang LUNES ug MARTES tungod kay ang kadaghanan sa atong magtutudlo motambong sa IAD Meet sa Anahawan.

Kami nagpasabot kaninyo nga anaay mga MODULES with ACTIVITIES nga answeran ang mga bata. PALIHUG SA PAG-MONITOR SA INJONG MGA BATA. Nagpahibawo usab kami nga WALAY PAGTUGOT sa eskwelahan ang mga activities sama sa mga OUTING or GATHERING nga buot ipatigayon sa mga bata. Palihug magbinantayon kita alang sa seguridad sa atong mga BATA!

If parents insult, humiliate, or accuse you without basis, the following cases are usually applicable in the Philippines:

1. Unjust Vexation (Article 287, Revised Penal Code)

You may file this if:
• The parent harassed, embarrassed, or annoyed you in public or online.
• They confronted you in a rude or humiliating way.

This applies even if there is no physical harm.

2. Slander or Slander by Deed (Defamation)

If the parents verbally insulted you or made false accusations in front of others, you can file:

Slander (Oral Defamation)

If they:
• Insulted you verbally
• Called you degrading names
• Accused you of wrongdoing without proof

Slander by Deed

If they:
• Did something to humiliate you publicly (e.g., pointing, shouting, causing a scene)

3. Libel (if it was posted online)

If the shaming happened on:
• Facebook
• Messenger
• Group chat
• Public posts

This can be considered cyber libel, which has heavier penalties.

4. Grave Threats or Grave Coercion

If the parent:
• Threatened you
• Forced you to do something through intimidation
