Graduates of Batch 2022-2023 to Batch 2025-2026 who were recipients of the TES and TDP.
Kindly accomplish the CHED Scholars Graduate Tracer Survey Form as requested by CHED Regional Office VI on or before July 31, 2026. The tracer survey aims to gather relevant data on the employment status, career pathways, further studies, and professional experiences of CHED Scholar-graduates.
