We will be showcasing the TVET with the following activities:

PADAYON: MORE NATION BUILDERS IN NEGROS ORIENTAL

The Visayan word "Padayon", which means "to keep moving forward", best encapsulates the 3-in-1 event last Nov 26. We held the CSTP Graduation for Batches 4 & 5, the Induction of CY2023 Contractor’s Association of Negros Oriental (CANOI) Officers, and the Induction of New CANOI Members. These 3 milestones reflect CANOI's commitment to pushing the boundaries and creating new opportunities for collaboration.

We also thank TESDA-NegOr and the RACCT Construction Training and Assessment Center for making this event possible.

Present last Saturday were PCA Pres. Wilfredo Decena, Outgoing CANOI Pres. Absalita Teves, Outgoing CANOI VP Leo Catacutan, CANOI Ex-officio Pres. Gregorio Uymatiao Jr., Incoming CANOI Pres. Tessie Cabije, and TESDA-NegOr Provincial Training Center Admin. Jesilla Ocariza.

In 2023, PCA through CANOI looks forward to more nation-building efforts by way of onsite/online trainings, construction fora, and government-industry-academe activities.

As TESDA's National Industry Board for construction, PCA continues to upgrade and upskill our Filipino workforce through nation-building efforts.

Yesterday, we launched a new online batch of the ILM-Assured Construction Supervisors Training Program (CSTP) in Negros Oriental. This was made possible through our strong partnership with the Contractors Association of Negros Oriental Inc. (CANOI), TESDA-Region VII, TESDA-Negros Oriental, and our new training partner RACCT-Construction Training and Assessment Center (CTAC).

This new set of 25 participants will undergo 16 weeks of synchronous and asynchronous learning activities to improve their leadership skills.
