✅ Organizations must:
• Secure and accomplish the Student Organization Registration Form at the SASO Office
• Submit the required supporting documents
• Submit an updated list of officers and members
• Have a valid Constitution and By-Laws
• Coordinate organizational activities with SASO and secure necessary approvals
• Properly document and account for organizational funds
• Observe all SCC rules, policies, and regulations

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Failure to complete registration and recognition within the prescribed deadline means the organization will NOT be considered an officially recognized SCC student organization and may not conduct activities, recruit members, collect fees, use College facilities, or represent SCC in an official capacity unless otherwise authorized.
