Due to the declaration of Malacañang Palace pursuant to Proclamation No. 60, s. 1992, and in connection with the observance of the 34th National Family Week and “Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga” Day, please be informed that the examination originally scheduled for September 28, 2026, will be moved to October 5, 2026.

Students are advised to take note of this adjustment and carefully review the updated examination schedule provided in the revised infographic.

✅ Bring your Notice of Admission (NOA) and present it during the examination.
✅ Wear your prescribed School Uniform.
✅ Bring and wear your valid School ID.
✅ Be on time. Arrive at the examination venue 15–30 minutes before your scheduled examination.
✅ Bring your necessary examination materials, especially your ballpen and other materials required by your instructor.
✅ Observe proper conduct, discipline, and examination rules at all times.

📌 IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS

All TES beneficiaries are required to bring the following:

✅ School ID
✅ Photocopy of School ID (Front and Back)
✅ The photocopy must have three (3) signatures of the beneficiary.

MANDATORY ATTENDANCE:
Parents/Guardians of all TES beneficiaries are REQUIRED to be present during the distribution.

SCC, Sibonga Leaders Meet Gov. Baricuatro

CEBU CITY (Sept. 14, 2026) — Sibonga Community College (SCC) College Administrator Atty. Edward Maglucot, alongside the Board of Trustees (BOT) led by Mayor Caroline Bacaltos and Vice Mayor Mariano "Dotis" Laude, met with Cebu Governor Pamela "Pam" Baricuatro at the Cebu Capitol.

The high-level meeting centered on resolving and finalizing plans for key infrastructure establishments in the Municipality of Sibonga. Governor Baricuatro warmly welcomed the delegation and expressed her full willingness to support the development projects aimed at upgrading the community's facilities.

• Secure and accomplish the Student Organization Registration Form at the SASO Office
• Submit the required supporting documents
• Submit an updated list of officers and members
• Have a valid Constitution and By-Laws
• Coordinate organizational activities with SASO and secure necessary approvals
• Properly document and account for organizational funds
• Observe all SCC rules, policies, and regulations

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Failure to complete registration and recognition within the prescribed deadline means the organization will NOT be considered an officially recognized SCC student organization and may not conduct activities, recruit members, collect fees, use College facilities, or represent SCC in an official capacity unless otherwise authorized.
