On March 21, 2026, the Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) Officers of S.Y. 2025โ€“2026 carried out their final projectโ€”a mangrove planting activity in Barangay Suba Pandan, Sibonga, Cebuโ€”together with the newly elected YES-O Officers, marking both ๐’‚ ๐’Ž๐’†๐’‚๐’๐’Š๐’๐’ˆ๐’‡๐’–๐’ ๐’„๐’๐’๐’„๐’๐’–๐’”๐’Š๐’๐’ ๐’‚๐’๐’… ๐’‚ ๐’‰๐’๐’‘๐’†๐’‡๐’–๐’ ๐’๐’†๐’˜ ๐’ƒ๐’†๐’ˆ๐’Š๐’๐’๐’Š๐’๐’ˆ.

Each seedling, newly and carefully planted, was secured with protective netting to ensure its safety and growth.

This term has been a true rollercoasterโ€”challenging yet deeply fulfilling. Students united with one goal in mind: to protect our shores, restore cleanliness, and promote environmental awareness within the community.

With hearts full of excitement, Sibonga National High School officially opened this yearโ€™s Science and Mathematics Month with energy and enthusiasm!

The celebration kicked off with two thrilling activities that set the tone for the month. First was the Mathematician Look-Alike Contest, where the audience couldnโ€™t help but cheer as the participants impressively brought famous mathematicians to life with their wit, confidence, and creativity. Following this was the Science and Math Quiz Bee and Quiz Bowl, where contestants showcased not only their knowledge but also their dedication, proving how much theyโ€™ve learned and grown through the years.

And this is just the beginning! More fun, challenging, and mind-stimulating activities are lined up for all Nationalistas. The YES-O (Youth for Environment in Schools Organization) of Sibonga National High School believes that a clean classroom helps make learning more enjoyable and comfortable. To strengthen this, YES-O created a Cleanliness Monitoring Sheet where our grade level representatives are assigned to check and monitor each classroom. This way, everyone is encouraged to take part in keeping our school neat and welcoming. ๐ŸŒฟ

As motivation, the classroom that shows the most effort in staying clean will be rewarded at the right time. But beyond the prize, this is really about teamwork, discipline, and respect for our environment. With the help of our YES-O representatives, letโ€™s work together in making Sibonga National High School a cleaner, brighter, and better place for learning. โœจ
