Moderate to Heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over (Buruanga, Malay, Nabas), (Pandan, Patnongon, Belison, SanJose, Hamtic), (SanJoaquin, Miagao, Igbaras, Guimbal, Oton, IloiloCity) and within the next 30 minutes to an hour.

The above conditions are being experienced in (Libertad, SanRemigio, Sibalom, TobiasFornier, AniniY) and (Tigbauan) which may persist within 1 to 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.

All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides. Keep monitoring for updates.

Moderate to Heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over (Candoni, CityOfSipalay, Ilog), (Sibunag, SanLorenzo, Buenavista), (TobiasFornier, AniniY, SanRemigio), (SanJoaquin, Miagao, Igbaras, Guimbal, Tigbauan, Oton, IloiloCity, Pavia, Leganes, Dumangas, BarotacNuevo, Zarraga) and (Mabinay) within the next 30 minutes to an hour.

The above conditions are being experienced in (CityOfBayawan, Basay, BaisCity, CityOfTanjay, Pamplona), (CityOfBaybay), (HinobaAn), (Jordan, NuevaValencia), (Sibalom and Hamtic) which may persist within 1 to 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.

All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides. Keep monitoring for updates.

Meanwhile, no other Low Pressure Areas (LPA) are being monitored for Tropical Cyclone Formation.

SYNOPSIS: Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon.

FORECAST:

Palawan including Kalayaan Islands and Occidental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon.

Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon/Localized Thunderstorms.

Palawan including Kalayaan Island, Occidental Mindoro and Western Visayas will experience moderate to strong winds from the Southwest with moderate to rough seas.

The rest of Visayas will experience light to moderate winds from the South to Southwest with slight to moderate seas.

PAGTAYA:

Ang Palawan kabilang ang mga Isla ng Kalayaan at Occidental Mindoro ay makakaranas ng maulap na papawirin na may kalat-kalat na mga pag-ulan, pagkulog at pagkidlat dahil sa Habagat.

Ang Visayas ay makakaranas ng bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na papawirin na may pulo pulong mga pag-ulan, pagkulog at pagkidlat dahil sa Habagat / mga localized thunderstorm.

Ang Palawan kabilang ang mga Isla ng Kalayaan, ang Occidental Mindoro, at ang Western Visayas ay makararanas ng katamtaman hanggang malakas na hangin mula Timog-Kanluran, na may katamtaman hanggang sa maalong karagatan.

Ang nalalabing bahagi ng Visayas ay makararanas ng mahina hanggang katamtamang hangin mula Timog hanggang Timog-Kanluran, na may banayad hanggang katamtamang pag-alon ng karagatan.

PAGBANA-BANA:

Ang Palawan lakip ang mga Isla sa Kalayaan ug Occidental Mindoro makasinati ug madag-umon na kalangitan kinuyugan sa mga katag-katag na mga pag-ulan pagpanugdog kilat tungod sa Habagat.

Ang Visayas makasinati ug panagsang mapanganuron ngadto sa madag-umon na kalangitan kinuyugan sa mga pat-ak pat-ak na mga pag-ulan pagpanugdog kilat tungod sa Habagat / mga localized thunderstorm.

Ang Palawan lakip ang mga Isla sa Kalayaan, ang Occidental Mindoro, ug ang Western Visayas makasinati og kasarangan hangtod sa kusog nga hangin gikan sa Habagatan ngadto na sa Habagatan-Kasadpan, nga adunay kasarangan hangtod sa baluron na kahimtang sa kadagatan.
