Congratulations to the trainees from Makasing Siayan!

The HVTI had the privilege of being invited by TESDA PTC to attend the graduation ceremony of the PTC trainees (Construction Painting NC2, Plumbing NC2, Masonry NC2). It was an incredible moment as the trainees received toolkits provided by the Tesda Provincial Office. HVTI, along with the entire Tesda and Siayan LGU, witnessed the joy and excitement of the trainees while receiving those valuable toolkits.
Congratulations, trainees! We hope you make the most of the knowledge you have gained. A big thank you to Tesda and LGU Siayan, Hon. Mayor Alberto "Ali" Bongcawel for their support.
