BSP and GSP Encampment 2026

With the themes “Be Prepared: Scouts for Peace and Sustainable Development” for the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) and “Padayon: Girls Leading the Way to Peace and Solidarity” for the Girl Scouts of the Philippines (GSP), Sumaliring High School became a place of learning, friendship, teamwork, and unforgettable experiences during the two-day encampment held on August 14–15, 2026.

The encampment provided our scouts with meaningful activities that strengthened their bonds, developed their leadership skills, and nurtured their sense of responsibility. Through every challenge and activity, they learned the importance of cooperation, trust, discipline, and unity while embracing the values of peace, solidarity, and service to the school community.

As the encampment concluded, our scouts returned home carrying not only wonderful memories but also valuable lessons and stronger friendships. May they continue to embody the true spirit of scouting and apply these experiences in becoming responsible, compassionate, and committed individuals.

Padayon, Scouts! May you always be prepared to lead, serve, and inspire.💚💛

On this day, we remember the courage and sacrifice of 𝘉𝘦𝘯𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘰 𝘚𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘰𝘯 "𝘕𝘪𝘯𝘰𝘺" 𝘈𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘯𝘰 𝘑𝘳. whose love for the Filipino people and commitment to democracy left a lasting mark on our nation. His life reminds us that standing for what is right takes courage, even in the face of challenges.

As we commemorate Ninoy Aquino Day, may we continue to honor his legacy by being responsible, courageous, and united as Filipinos. Let his words and actions inspire us, especially the youth, to value freedom, serve our community, and work toward a better Philippines. 🇵🇭
