📢 ANNOUNCEMENT TO PARENTS

Dear Parents,

Starting this August, all pupils who are included in the Candidates for Promotion to Kinder 1 are kindly requested to bring one (1) Double Line Paper Pad every Friday.

📝 This paper pad will be used every Friday as part of their observation and writing activities to help monitor their readiness for promotion to Kinder 1.

We encourage everyone to bring the required paper pad regularly to ensure your child can fully participate in the activities.

Dear Parents,

After carefully considering the age requirement of our pupils, the following children have been placed under a three (3)-month observation period as candidates for promotion from Nursery to Kinder 1.

The observation period will run for three (3) months. During this time, each child will be assessed based on their overall readiness for Kinder 1.

To qualify for promotion this coming November, the child should be able to:

✅ Copy and write his/her own name independently.
✅ Copy simple words with little or no assistance.
✅ Demonstrate improved pencil control, classroom participation, and readiness for Kinder 1.

Children who successfully meet these developmental milestones during the observation period will be promoted to Kinder 1.

For children who are not yet ready, they will remain in Nursery to receive additional learning, practice, guidance, and training. This is not a failure, but an opportunity to strengthen their skills and build a solid foundation before moving to the next level.

We kindly ask for your full cooperation by practicing writing activities with your child at home every day. Your support, together with the guidance of their teachers, will greatly contribute to your child's success.

Our goal is not simply to promote children based on age, but to ensure that every child enters Kinder 1 with confidence, readiness, and the skills needed to succeed.
