In accordance with the announcement of the Office of the Mayor, face-to-face classes in public and private schools at all levels are suspended tomorrow, August 26, 2026, due to flooding and high tide in several areas of Sasmuan.

At St. Lucy School, classes will shift to synchronous and asynchronous learning modalities.

Dear Lucians,

There will be no face-to-face classes at St. Lucy School tomorrow, August 25, 2026, due to flooding and high tide affecting several areas of Sasmuan.

More than 50% of our learners and their families are directly affected by the high tide and flooding. In consideration of their safety and well-being, classes will transition to the synchronous and asynchronous learning modalities.

Let us continue to pray for the safety, protection, and well-being of all our learners, families, and personnel. Please remain vigilant and stay safe, Lucians!
