Cabuloan Elementary School is truly grateful for the generosity and kindness of Araceli and Tito Cute Charity for choosing our school as one of the beneficiaries of their Charity Program.

Through their visit and sharing of blessings, they brought not only gifts and assistance but also hope, joy, and inspiration to our learners and school community. Their noble initiative was made even more meaningful with the presence of the Sugod Bahay Squad and the Ilocos Norte Provincial Police Office, whose support and participation helped make the activity a memorable and successful one.

Cabuloan Elementary School successfully conducted the 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill on June 18, 2026, reinforcing the importance of disaster preparedness and emergency response among learners and school personnel.

The activity was facilitated by the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (LDRRMO) of Sarrat through Mr. Marvin Ganal, the Sarrat Bureau of Fire Protection headed by Acting Municipal Fire Marshal SFO4 Bonjo B. Aguinaldo, and the Philippine National Police (PNP)–Sarrat headed by PCPT Ashley Clyner B. Cacayorin.

Prior to the drill, the BFP and LDRRMO conducted an orientation and hands-on demonstration of Basic First Aid, providing participants with valuable knowledge and practical skills that may be used during emergencies and disaster situations.

The learners actively participated in the activity, with some students taking on the roles of victims, responders, and first aiders during the simulation. Their enthusiasm and cooperation made the drill more realistic and meaningful, helping strengthen their readiness and confidence in responding to emergencies.

Cabuloan Elementary School extends its heartfelt gratitude to our partner agencies for sharing their expertise and for their unwavering commitment to promoting a culture of safety, preparedness, and resilience within the school community.

On September 10, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., the Cabuloan Elementary School, took part in the third quarter of the Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) CY 2025.

During the simulation, CES students, faculty and staff practiced the "Duck, Cover, and Hold" approach, followed by a safe and orderly evacuation to designated open spaces. Teachers and School DRRM Coordinator helped to ensure that the activity ran smoothly and that all safety rules were followed.

The NSED strives to raise knowledge and preparedness for earthquake threats by instilling adequate safety measures and response actions in students and teachers.
