On 10 April 2026, the Basic and Advance ROTC cadets from College of Sciences, Technology and Communications, Incorporated (CSTC) underwent the Familiarization Firing of the M16 rifle at Texan Firing Range, Barangay Tumbaga I, Sariaya, Quezon. The activity was conducted by 3rd Air Reserve Center with the support of CSTC School Management represented by Mr. Edwin L. Sebastian, MPA, CST, SO3, ROTC Coordinator, Tactical Operations Group (TOG) 4 and Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO)-Quezon. The activity was conducted to equip the cadets with fundamental knowledge and skills in weapons handling.
