๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿฅ— CNHS Celebrates Nutrition Month 2026! ๐Ÿฅ—๐ŸŒฟ

Canda National High School proudly joins the nationwide celebration of Nutrition Month 2026 with the theme:

"Sa PPAN: Sama-sama sa Nutrisyong Sapat Para sa Lahat! Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan."

This year's celebration highlights the importance of achieving adequate nutrition for all while promoting sustainable and climate-resilient food systems and dietary practices that support both human health and environmental sustainability. Through this initiative, learners are encouraged to recognize that proper nutrition and environmental stewardship go hand in hand in building healthier communities and a better future.

As part of the month-long celebration, CNHS actively engaged learners through classroom-based Poster Making and Slogan Making Contests. These activities provided students with an avenue to showcase their creativity, express their understanding of the Nutrition Month theme, and advocate for healthy eating habits and environmental responsibility through art and meaningful messages.

The school commends all participating learners and teachers for their enthusiasm, creativity, and commitment to making this celebration both educational and inspiring. May this observance continue to encourage everyone to make informed food choices, protect our environment, and work together toward a healthier and more sustainable future.

Together, let us nurture healthy minds, healthy bodies, and a healthy planet.

๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ Monday Flag Ceremony | A Meaningful Start to the Week

One of the highlights of this week's ceremony was the start of the weekly energetic Zumba session, where students, teachers, and staff actively participated. The activity promoted physical fitness, teamwork, and a positive atmosphere, setting an active and healthy tone for the days ahead.

We were also honored to welcome a representative from the Philippine National Police (PNP), who shared an important message on maintaining a safe, secure, and peaceful school environment. The speaker reminded everyone of the value of vigilance, discipline, respect, and cooperation in ensuring the safety of our school community, especially in light of recent incidents reported in various schools across the country. Students were encouraged to remain alert, follow school safety protocols, report any concerns to trusted adults or school authorities, and work together in fostering a culture of responsibility and care for one another.

As we continue our commitment to providing a safe and nurturing learning environment, let us all do our part in promoting kindness, respect, and shared responsibility within our school.

Together, we can build a stronger, healthier, and safer school community for everyone.
