Maligayang pagbati kay Ms. Maricel Talisic, Pangulo ng ZEYEN Skills Enhancement Center, Inc., sa pagtanggap niya ng Plake ng Natatanging Pagkilala bilang NATATANGING ANAK NG BRGY. TUMBAGA I. Ang parangal na ito ay pagkilala sa kanyang natatanging ambag, walang sawang dedikasyon, at patuloy na kahusayan sa larangan ng edukasyon. Sa pamamagitan ng kanyang masipag na pagtatrabaho, mahusay na pamumuno, at malasakit sa de-kalidad na edukasyon, patuloy niyang hinuhubog at binibigyang-inspirasyon ang kabataan at tinutulungan ang buong komunidad.
