Sara National High School (SNHS) once again raised its banner high as its DanceSport athletes proved that passion, discipline, and perseverance create champions.
With the theme Pangibabaw: Rising Above Challenges, Shaping Champions, SNHS dancers swept medals in both Latin American and Modern Standard Junior categories, with three pairs entering the upcoming CDSA and one first-time duo earning their first bronze.
With flawless synchronization and undeniable stage presence, the Latin team electrified the floor with their fiery expressions and daring movements that set the fire on the audience. Not to be outdone, the Modern dancers captured the crowd with powerful leaps, sleek transitions, and innovative choreography that blended discipline with daring creativity.

“As my 3rd year of dancing, I felt nervous but really grateful. It’s my last year, so I had to give my best effort,” Angelo shared.
For them, the key to winning is a simple yet powerful word: “Perseverance.”

As a first timer in the arena, Khyle reflected: “I feel happy kay tanan nga kakapoy may baylo. Sa kada tulo sang balhas, may medalya nga ginahulat.”
It proves that their bronze may not have sent them to CDSA, but it is the beginning of their promising journey as performers.

Marvin, a first-time competitor, was overjoyed: “Biskan first time ko, gin tudo ko man gyapon saot amo na nga nagdaog kami. Super happy ako kay nakasulod kami sa CDSA.” For them, the winning formula is “discipline and dedication.”

When asked about entering CDSA, they said: “We feel happy and overwhelmed, not just because we won, but because it’s a privilege to represent our school and municipality.” Their key to success: “Discipline, perseverance, dedication, and commitment.”
Their coach, 𝑴𝒓𝒔. 𝑳𝒆𝒔𝒍𝒚 𝑴𝒂𝒆 𝑬𝒔𝒑𝒂𝒏̃𝒐𝒍𝒂 proudly expressed: “Very proud kag grateful nga may positive nga result and ila ginpangabudlay. Their hard work truly paid off gid ya.”
On her advice to her dancers, she said: “Kung gusto ninyo magdaug sa DanceSport, indi lang isa sa inyo ang dapat nami. Kinahanglan pareho kamo naga bakas, naga intindihanay, kag may koneksyon sa isa kag isa. Corrections are not insults—they are to level up your skills.”
She also reminded both her athletes and their competitors: “Be happy sa success sang iban. Always keep your feet on the ground and never forget to thank the Lord for the talent He gave you.”
As the final beats of Latin rhythms faded and the last modern move froze in perfection, the message was clear: Sara NHS did not just win medals—they embodied the spirit of Pangibabaw. Rising above every challenge, they carved their place as champions whose journey inspires far beyond the dance floor. Whether gold, silver, or bronze, each SNHS dancer proved that true champions are shaped not only by victories but also by challenges.
With three pairs advancing to CDSA and one pair marking a strong beginning, Sara National High School has once again dominated the floor— shaping champions for tomorrow. Indeed, the victory was more than a sweep of titles—it was a testament to resilience, discipline, and unity.
The dancers’ success symbolized how champions are not born in comfort, but shaped in struggle and made by perseverance, and crowned by humility.
