The ๐ก๐๐ฆ๐จ-๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ ๐๐ฟ๐บ๐ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐จ๐ป๐ถ๐ successfully conducted its ๐๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐๐ต ๐ช๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ธ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ป๐๐๐ฟ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป on ๐ญ๐ฑ ๐ก๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฑ at the Northern Iloilo State University โ Victorino Salcedo Sara Campus (NISU-VSSC). The ๐๐ต๐ผ๐น๐ฒ-๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด strengthened discipline, military proficiency, and civic consciousnessโcore pillars in developing well-rounded and service-oriented ROTC cadets.
The day began with a ๐๐น๐ฎ๐ด ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ผ๐ป๐ jointly held with the ๐๐ช๐ง๐ฆ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ, reinforcing patriotism, unity, and the cadetsโ commitment to national service.
Cadets then proceeded with ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐น๐น๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ผ๐ป๐ถ๐ฒ๐, sharpening their precision, bearing, and coordination. This activity emphasized discipline and the importance of organized movementโfundamental competencies in military training.
A morning lecture on ๐ ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ผ๐บ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ง๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ ๐ญ, delivered by ๐ฆ๐ด๐ ๐๐ฟ๐ป๐ฒ๐น ๐ ๐๐๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ผ ๐ฃ๐ (๐ฅ๐ฒ๐), provided cadets with deeper insight into military culture, proper decorum, and traditions that cultivate leadership, professionalism, and respect within the armed services.
In the afternoon, cadets attended an informative session on ๐๐๐ด๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป led by ๐ฃ๐ณ๐ฐ ๐๐ผ๐ต๐ป ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐๐น ๐ ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ผ๐ ๐ฃ๐ (๐ฅ๐ฒ๐) ๐๐ ๐, where they learned essential health practices that support welfare, readiness, and resilience in both military and civilian settings.
To reinforce the dayโs lessons, cadets once again participated in ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐น๐น๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ผ๐ป๐ถ๐ฒ๐, applying the discipline, teamwork, and synchronization practiced throughout training. The whole-day activity was capped with a ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฝ๐๐ ๐๐น๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ป-๐จ๐ฝ ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ฒ, demonstrating the cadetsโ dedication to environmental stewardship and community service.
The training was supervised by ๐ฎ๐๐ง ๐๐๐๐ฅ๐ก๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐จ๐๐๐ข ๐ฃ๐ (๐ฅ๐๐ฆ), NISU-VSSC Assistant Commandant; ๐๐ฝ๐น ๐๐ฑ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ป๐ฎ๐น (๐๐ป๐ณ) ๐ฃ๐, Admin NCO; ๐ฆ๐ด๐ ๐๐ฟ๐ป๐ฒ๐น ๐ ๐๐๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ผ ๐ฃ๐ (๐ฅ๐ฒ๐), Tactical NCO; and ๐ฃ๐ณ๐ฐ ๐๐ผ๐ต๐ป ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐๐น ๐ ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ผ๐ ๐ฃ๐ (๐ฅ๐ฒ๐) ๐๐ ๐. Their leadership ensured the orderly and effective ex*****on of all activities. The coordination efforts of the NISU-VSSC Corps Commander, ๐๐ฑ๐ ๐๐ผ๐น ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐บ๐ฎ๐ฟ ๐ง ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ถ๐ ๐ญ๐๐, together with the support of the advance ROTC officers, contributed to the smooth flow of the entire training day.
