They say ๐ฆ๐จ๐๐ is light to others, but on this day, you all turned our world into a constellation.
First, to ๐ฟ๐ง.
When you handed me the presidentโs hat, I thought, โ๐๐ด ๐ต๐ฉ๐ช๐ด ๐ข '๐ญ๐ช๐จ๐ฉ๐ต' ๐ญ๐ฐ๐ข๐ฅ ๐ฐ๐ณ ๐ข '๐ฃ๐ณ๐ช๐จ๐ฉ๐ต' ๐ช๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ข?โ (Turns out, it was ๐๐ค๐ฉ๐.) Your wisdom was the North Star on my busiest days. You always had my back, even when I was in the dark about the next step. Iโll carry this glow with me forever.
To our ๐๐๐ง๐จ๐ฉ ๐จ๐๐ฉ ๐ค๐ ๐๐๐๐ผ ๐ผ๐ก๐ช๐ข๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ง๐จ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ก๐ช๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ง ๐๐๐๐๐จ, you were the pillars of light holding up every plan. No wobbles, no flickers...just steady, warm support in your own beautiful way.
To the ๐๐๐๐๐ฃ๐๐๐๐ก ๐๐ค๐ง๐ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ง๐ค๐ช๐ฅ ( ๐๐๐) , oh, how you made us shine! ๐๐'๐๐ข ๐ผ๐ฃ๐ฃ๐๐ฃ๐๐ก๐ ๐พ๐๐๐ช๐๐ฃ๐๐จ ๐๐ช๐ฅ๐๐ก๐๐ฃ๐๐จ, you were my text-away ๐ต๐ฐ๐ณ๐ค๐ฉ, your common sense was brighter than any spotlight. ๐๐'๐๐ข ๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ช๐๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐๐๐ค ๐๐๐ก๐ก๐๐จ๐ค๐ง๐๐, you painted with light (invitations, tarps, attendance sheets, name tags that glowed with creativity). ๐๐๐ง ๐
๐๐ฎ-๐ ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ฏ๐, you turned the venue into a glow-up party and kept the program lit from start to finish. And to my classmates ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ซ๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ค ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐ก๐ฉ๐๐๐ง ๐๐ค๐ข๐ค ๐๐๐๐ก๐๐จ, you were the soft, steady glow behind the scenes, making sure no detail was left in shadow.
To ๐ฟ๐ง. ๐๐๐๐๐ฃ๐ค ๐ฟ. ๐พ๐๐๐๐ง๐ฉ๐ and the ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ ๐๐ ๐ฉ๐๐๐๐๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ค๐ง๐๐, you welcomed us back like we never left, wrapping us in the same warm light we felt as kids.
To ๐ฟ๐ง. ๐๐ง๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ค๐ง๐๐ฃ๐ค๐จ ๐๐๐ง๐ช๐, ๐ผ๐จ๐จ๐ค๐๐๐๐ฉ๐ ๐๐ง๐ค๐๐๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ง ๐, ๐๐๐๐๐, our bang๐๐๐an guest speaker, your speech hit different, didnโt it? I swear I saw light bulbs popping over everyoneโs heads. Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious doesnโt even cover it! Letโs call it super-illuminating instead.
To our ๐๐ค๐ง๐ข๐๐ง ๐ฉ๐๐๐๐๐๐ง๐จ, you were the first flames that lit our paths. Weโre your โreturn of investmentโ (flawed, but still burning bright)...hope we make you proud, one small glow at a time.
To all ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐๐ฐ๐ต๐ฒ๐ present, you are the ๐๐จ๐๐ itself. No homecoming, no project, no light at all without your generosity. Plans are just dim ideas till you show up and turn up the brightness. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You made us ๐ฆ๐จ๐๐rly ๐๐๐ ๐zing.
To those who couldnโt make it, we felt your light from afar. Mark your calendars: ๐๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ต, ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ, our ๐๐ถ๐บ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฎ, where weโll relight our connections all over again.
And to anyone I missed, your glow didnโt go unnoticed.
Like a tapestry woven from a thousand threads of dawn,
๐ฆ๐จ๐๐โs glow is not a single spark, but a pattern of hope, spun.
Threads of laughter shared, of hands that held tight,
Of dreams that took flight in the quiet of night.
Each strand a story, each hue a grace,
Woven together in time and space.
Most of all, above all
to ๐๐ผ๐ฑ, the Source of all light.
From Him come every grace, every blessing,
and every wisdom that guided our plans,
strengthened our hearts,
and made the impossible possible.
This SUGA shines because ๐๐ ๐๐๐ง๐จ๐ฉ ๐ก๐๐ฉ ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ข๐,
the very fire that gave this tapestry its name.
Salamat ninyo! ๐
