The PUP Office of the Student Regent is officially posting the complete GWA qualifications, grading system, and weighted averages for Latin honors, strictly in accordance with the 2019 PUP Student Handbook. This is to ensure clarity, consistency, and transparency on how academic recognition in the University is determined.

| Enrollment for all year levels for the Second Semester, Academic Year 2025–2026 across all campuses has been extended until Wednesday, February 11, 2026.

However, the first day for Second Semester will still commence tomorrow, February 9, with an adjustment period until March 6. Students are advised to complete their enrollment within the extended period.

Sintang Paaralan breaks new ground as 1st NCR State University to secure dual international certification across its entire system.

PUP is now certified under two ISO standards—ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 21001:2018 (Educational Organization Management System)—covering ALL PUP campuses nationwide, affirming a unified and institution-wide commitment to quality public service.

Notably, PUP Sta Mesa Campus is the first State University in the National Capital Region to secure ISO 21001:2018 (Educational Organization Management System), reinforcing its leadership in learner-centered, inclusive, and outcomes-driven education management. These certifications were validated through rigorous audits conducted in November by TÜV SÜD PSB Philippines Inc.

𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀—𝗣𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝟯 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲!

The Polytechnic University of the Philippines-Sto. Tomas Campus (PUP-STC) proudly held the Closing Program for 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝟯 of the 𝘼𝙙𝙤𝙥𝙩-𝙖-𝙉𝙤𝙣-𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙀𝙭𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩 on December 2, 2025, at 𝗜𝗯𝗮𝘆𝗶𝘄 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 (IINHS) in 𝗔𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘀, 𝗟𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗮, marking the successful completion of the project’s three-year implementation.

Spearheaded by the 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀 and the 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿, the Adopt-a-Non-Reader initiative has continuously provided targeted reading interventions to struggling readers of IINHS to support them toward literacy mastery.

Focusing on enhancing learners’ oral reading fluency and reading comprehension, the final phase successfully achieved its goals. Results showed that learners attained high oral reading fluency and moderate comprehension scores. In addition, participants demonstrated increased confidence and independence in reading after the program.

The success of this project was made possible through the unwavering commitment of the Teacher Education Program 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 and 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁-𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 who generously facilitated the reading sessions and guided learners throughout their journey.

As we close this meaningful chapter, we celebrate the students’ growth and the collective effort that sustained this advocacy. Here’s to continuing our mission of nurturing confident and capable readers—one learner at a time.

With the assistance of our Graduating Class Batch 2025, Campus septic tank for the comfort rooms in the New Building (NB) was declogged, drained, and cleaned yesterday December 3, 2025.

Today, December 4, 2025, the septic tank for the comfort rooms of the Cultural Building (CB) is also being declogged, drained, and cleaned by the S.G.M.O. Plumbing Services. :)

Dahil sa banta ng matinding ulan at hanging dala ng Bagyong , suspendido ang trabaho sa mga tanggapan ng pamahalaan sa NCR, CAR, at Regions I, II, III, IV-A, IV-B, V, at VIII bukas, Nobyembre 10, 2025.

Suspendido rin ang klase sa lahat ng antas sa mga nabanggit na rehiyon, pati na rin sa Region VI, Region VII, at Negros Island Region sa Nobyembre 10 at 11, 2025.

𝗪𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗢𝗞| Bilang paghahanda sa posibleng epekto ng Bagyong Uwan, inaprubahan ni Mayor Atty. Arth Jhun Aguilar Marasigan ang rekomendasyon ng Local DRRM Council na 𝗸𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗸𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗮 𝗹𝗮𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘀, 𝗽𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗮𝗱𝗼, sa darating na Lunes, 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.

Ang hakbang na ito ay bilang paghahanda sa inaasahang epekto ng bagyo sa ating lungsod mula Linggo ng gabi hanggang Lunes.
