Today is October 10th! It means that it is World Mental Health Day. 🌎🧠

As we commemorate this day, we aim to raise awareness and spread our advocacies in this continuous fight towards breaking the stigma. It is a withstanding fact that despite the long years of advocating for mental health, a safe and open space for everyone is still lacking.

This year, the theme falls on ‘It is Time to Prioritize Mental Health in the Workplace.’ Given that employees, professionals, organizations, and more are working hard in their own fields.. it must never be forgotten to take care of our mental well-being. In this advocacy, we are highlighting the importance of mental health within professional settings. 🌟

Resting your mind is as essential as resting your body. Let us be kind to ourselves as human beings & always remember that YOU MATTER. 🫂

The end of a new beginning.

Our first year in college was tough but you made it sparkle, BSP 1-1 Officers of Academic Year 2023-‘24! 🌟

Words are not enough to thank you for all that you’ve done for the whole class. All those stress, frustration, exhaustion, and tears that you let out were beyond your jobs but you chose to do it for us. We are very grateful for your service.

To Lloyd and Thaña, thank you for staying with us to work for another school year.

To our Business Manager, Ms. Thaña, thank you for your hard work when it comes to securing our needed materials and for being resourceful. We are glad that you remained and got elected as the new Treasurer.

To our Treasurer, Ms. Anna, thank you for taking care not just of our funds but also our trust. You did a great job!

To our Secretary, Ms. Icris, thank you for keeping track of our class attendance. It was not an easy job but you did well.

To our VP - Student Affairs, Mr. Lloyd, thank you for all your extra efforts just for us to have a tolerable schedule. We deeply appreciate you for staying in your position!

To our VP - External Affairs, Ms. Hannah, thank you for sharing the information that we needed and for letting us get involved. You did great.

To our VP - Internal Affairs, Mr. Bryan, you excelled in your job as a VP and also became the class’ source of sunshine. We are grateful for you.

Lastly, to our beloved President, Ms. Ana Mei, thank you for your service. You have been a great leader that we all look up to and admire. Thank you for all your hard work and efforts!

To the whole officers, you will serve as our guiding light as we lead a new academic year. Salamat sa buhay niyo.
