The recently concluded National School Leaders Congress and National Teachers Congress (NSLCโNTC) 2026 marked a victorious and transformative three-day seminar dedicated to empowering educators for the demands of the 21st century. Gathering school leaders and teachers from various regions, the event served as a dynamic platform for collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. Participants engaged in insightful discussions, workshops, and plenary sessions designed to strengthen both leadership and teaching practices in todayโs rapidly evolving educational landscape.
Throughout the congress, teachers were molded to become efficient and adaptive educators, equipped to teach in both secular and spiritual contexts as Christian educators. The sessions emphasized that true teaching goes beyond academics, it is about shaping lives, building character, and nurturing purpose. Grounded in Proverbs 22:6, educators were reminded of their calling to guide learners with wisdom, faith, and integrity, ensuring that their influence creates a lasting impact.
As the MCA Sto. Tomas Chapter, we are beyond blessed to have partaken in and been part of this meaningful and growth-filled seminar. The experience has not only enriched our knowledge and skills but also strengthened our commitment to serve with excellence and faith. Carrying with us the lessons and inspiration gained from NSLCโNTC 2026, we move forward as empowered educators, ready to make a difference in the lives of our students and communities.
