Please log in to your LandBank Mobile Banking App and check if your account is already active.

✅ If your account has been reactivated, there is NO NEED to visit the LandBank branch.

✅ To prevent your account from being closed again, please make a deposit and maintain the required balance in your account.

✅ If you have already received an appointment schedule from the Scholarship Office but your account is now active, you no longer need to proceed with your scheduled visit to LandBank.

📌 The LandBank Head Office has initiated a mass reactivation/opening of closed accounts for student grantees. As a result, some previously closed accounts may now be active again.

For those whose accounts remain inactive, please wait for further instructions.

📢 REMINDER TO ALL UniFAST GRANTEES

To ensure that your LandBank account remains active and ready to receive future subsidy releases, please take note of the following:

🔹 For LBP PISO Accounts
Kindly deposit at least ₱1.00 (one peso) to your account to prevent it from being tagged as dormant or closed due to inactivity.

🔹 For Regular LandBank Savings Accounts
Please maintain a minimum balance of ₱500.00 to keep your account active and avoid account closure.

💳 You may conveniently make deposits through:
✅ GCash
✅ LandBank Cash Deposit Machines (CDMs)
✅ Directly at any LandBank branch

We encourage all grantees to check the status of their accounts and make the necessary deposits as soon as possible. Keeping your account active will help ensure the smooth and timely crediting of your UniFAST benefits.

Good news, TDP-TES Scholars! 🎉

The 𝑶𝒏𝒆-𝑻𝒊𝒎𝒆 𝑨𝒅𝒅𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑻𝑫𝑷-𝑻𝑬𝑺 𝑮𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒕 amounting to ₱𝟓,𝟓𝟎𝟎.𝟎𝟎 for the 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫, 𝐀𝐘 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 is currently being processed for qualified grantees.

This additional financial assistance is granted by CHED to eligible 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐃𝐏-𝐓𝐄𝐒 scholars who were officially enrolled during the 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐘 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 and are currently in their 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥.

📌 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞: This is a one-time additional grant and is separate from the regular 𝐓𝐃𝐏-𝐓𝐄𝐒 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐲 𝐨𝐟 ₱𝟕,𝟓𝟎𝟎.𝟎𝟎 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫.

We kindly ask all concerned scholars to stay tuned and wait for the official list of qualified beneficiaries, which will be posted next week through our official page.

📢 𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓

To all scholarship grantees who have already opened their new Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) account, you are encouraged to submit two (2) photocopies of your new LBP account details and two (2) photocopies of your School ID to update your account records at CHED RO XI.

Submission of the required documents shall be done once the suspension of classes has been lifted. Further instructions regarding the schedule and venue of submission will be announced accordingly.

For the meantime, all concerned grantees are advised to fill out the Google Form and upload a copy of their new LBP account details for monitoring and record-updating purposes.

As per the instruction of the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP), all scholarship grantees whose LandBank accounts have been closed are advised to accomplish the Google Form to secure an appointment for visiting the LandBank Santo Tomas branch and opening a new LandBank account.

Please check your email regularly-the PDF form and your assigned schedule will be sent to you. Kindly follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth and faster account opening process.

STEP 2: Complete the LandBank Personal Online
Application and select "𝐏𝐈𝐒𝐎 𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐓" as your account type.

STEP 3: Download the PDF file "LBP OPENING" click the "LINK" provided in the last section of the Google Form. Print the form, fill it out completely, and bring it to the LandBank branch during your scheduled appointment.

Additionally, prepare ₱150.00 for the initial account deposit. Maintaining the required balance will help prevent your account from being closed in the future.

We understand your concern regarding this matter. Please be informed that the Scholarship Office has already coordinated with Land Bank of the Philippines regarding the reported account closures and is currently awaiting further guidance and clarification.

In the meantime, we kindly request everyone to remain calm and standby for further updates. Rest assured that we are actively working with the concerned agency to address this issue and provide the necessary assistance to our student-grantees.

All CHED TDP and TES grantees who availed of the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) ATM Piso Account are encouraged to deposit at least ₱1.00 into their accounts to prevent account deactivation.
According to the CHED Office, the release of grants/stipends for the 1st Semester, AY 2025–2026 is expected to begin in June 2026.

Additionally, a photocopy of each grantee's Land Bank ATM card is required. Your grants and stipends may not be processed or released if the necessary photocopy is not submitted.

Please ensure that your account remains active and that all documentary requirements are submitted on time to avoid delays in receiving your financial assistance.
