The Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) reminds the public to be cautious of individuals or employees claiming to offer guaranteed admission slots in exchange for money. These actions are unauthorized and go against the University’s policies and values.

We are currently looking into reports of such incidents and are taking them seriously. Appropriate legal steps will be taken against anyone found to be involved in these improper practices.

PUP is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent admission process for all applicants. We do not tolerate any form of solicitation or bribery. If you come across suspicious offers or activities, please report them immediately to the University Legal Counsel Office at [email protected].

IMPORTANT REMINDERS FOR OUR APPLICANTS
Date of Examination – March 30, 2025 (Sunday)
- No Parking space is allotted for vehicles of examinees due to limited space.
- Designated drop-off point is at the campus entrance gate only.
- COMPANIONS can stay to nearby locations, our cafeteria is open for snacks and beverages while you wait for the examinees.
- Examinees may dress up according to their preference but must adhere to the standards of decency and proper grooming.
- Examinees are allowed to enter PUP Sto. Tomas Campus – one hour before their examination schedule:
Time of Entrance Shift PUPCET Schedule
7:00 a.m. 1st 8:00 a.m.
9:00 a.m. 2nd 10:00 a.m.
12:00 n.n. 3rd 1:00 p.m.
2:00 p.m. 4th 3:00 p.m.
Entrance Test ePermit must be printed in Colored.
Details on ePermit (name, high school, date of exam, time, room no., seat no. and examinee no.) must be readable. If it contains random and unreadable text, open and print this page using another computer and printer.
1. When going to the Testing Room, the student MUST have with them:
a. Printed Test Permit
b. High School ID currently issues by their School Official
c. No. 2 Mongol Pencil (Bring extras just in case.)
The Test Administrators will not allow students to take the test if they fail to bring the above requirements.
2. Students are not allowed to bring a bag, electronics and communication devices of any kind, calculator, food, and drinks inside the Testing Room.
3. They must be at the Testing Center at least Thirty (30) minutes before their scheduled time.
