𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 | The ULS Human Development Center invites all first-year and transferee students to attend : ULS Institutional Orientation for New Students on August 28, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the ULS Gymnasium.

✅ Attendance is required for all first-year and transferee students.
✅ Registration and attendance checking will begin at 12:00 noon.
✅ Participants are expected to stay until the end of the program.

- Visit the SEC Office, 2nd Floor, Hospital Building E, and request the application form from Ms. Lara Sofhia Y. Andres, SEC Minute Secretary.
- If Ms. Lara Sofhia Andres is unavailable, the application form may be obtained from Ms. Myla Angelica Y. Andres, LPT at the Office of Student Services and Affairs.
- Accomplish the application form and prepare all required documents.
- Submit the completed application form and requirements on or before August 17, 2026.
