Morales urges DIS teachers to innovate, prioritize wellness
Division Learning Resource Management System (LRMS) and Guardian Supervisor, Marivel Morales, urged the Dubinan Integrated School faculty and Staff to pursue quality-assured learning innovations and prioritize their well-being during her monitoring visit to the school in line with its In-Service Training (INSET) for teachers.
Morales encouraged teachers to develop and implement learning innovations and projects responsive to learners’ needs, emphasizing the importance of properly documenting and subjecting these initiatives to quality assurance for possible presentation and inclusion in the Education Summit.
She also urged teachers to maximize their creativity and share effective practices that could contribute to improving teaching and learning outcomes.
Beyond instructional initiatives, Morales reminded teachers to make the most of their wellness break, encouraging them to take time to relax, recharge, and enjoy meaningful moments with their fellow teachers as part of maintaining their well-being.
The monitoring visit highlighted the importance of balancing innovation, quality education, and teacher wellness in strengthening the delivery of meaningful learning experiences at DIS.
Anchored on the theme, “Strengthening for Safe, Inclusive, Effective Learning Outcomes,” the INSET provided teachers with opportunities to enhance their professional competencies, explore innovative approaches, and strengthen practices responsive to diverse learner needs.
