SDO-Ilocos Sur Dental Kits Distribution🦷✨

Today, August 12, 2026, DIS received dental care kits for Kindergarten learners delivered by SDO Personnel Dr. Marvin Hans Panela! 🦷🪥

This initiative aims to promote good oral hygiene among our learners and support their health and wellness.

SDO personnel Sir Winifredo Palma Pe Benito led the delivery, bringing the equipment door-to-door to ensure a smooth and efficient turnover for teachers.

SALIKA! MAKIISA SA PAGDIRIWANG NG BUWAN NG WIKANG PAMBANSA 2026!

Ang Dan-ar Integrated School ay buong pusong nakikiisa sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa na may temang: “Wikang Filipino at AI: Kasangkapan sa Pananaliksik at Tulay sa Yaman ng Impormasyon.”

Sama-sama nating ipagdiwang ang kahalagahan ng wikang Filipino bilang daluyan ng ating kultura, pagkakakilanlan, at pagkakaisa. Sa makabagong panahon, gamitin natin ang Artificial Intelligence (AI) nang may pananagutan bilang katuwang sa pagkatuto, pananaliksik, at pagpapalawak ng kaalaman habang patuloy nating pinahahalagahan at pinagyayaman ang ating sariling wika.

In a meaningful initiative to support the spiritual and moral development of the students, members of Gideons International recently conducted the distribution of Holy Bibles to the learners of Dan-ar Integrated School. This generous undertaking aims to provide the youth with a reliable source of spiritual guidance and foundational values, complementing the school’s commitment to holistic education and character formation.

DIS Community Unites in Prayer for Holy Spirit Mass

The Dan-ar Integrated School (DIS) community gathered in faith and unity on July 30, 2026, for a solemn Holy Spirit Mass, seeking divine guidance, wisdom, and blessings for the S.Y. 2026-2027.

The sacred liturgy was officiated by Rev. Fr. Lester Joseph R. Plana of the Saint James the Greater Parish, who led the congregation in prayer and reflection.

The event drew a strong turnout, reflecting the deep-rooted partnership between the school and the community. Attendees included learners from various grade levels, teaching and non-teaching personnel, parents, and other key local stakeholders.

In his message, Fr. Plana emphasized the importance of invoking the Holy Spirit’s guidance as students, educators, and parents embark on a new academic journey. He highlighted that a strong foundation of faith and moral values is essential in achieving holistic education and fostering a supportive, resilient school environment.

The gathering served not only as a spiritual milestone but also as a powerful display of the collaborative spirit at Dan-ar Integrated School. By bringing together all sectors of the school community, the mass reinforced their shared commitment to the learners' welfare and academic excellence.

As the School Year 2026-2027 continue, the Holy Spirit Mass has set a positive and inspired tone for the programs, projects, and activities ahead, reminding the DIS community that they move forward together, guided by faith and united in purpose.

The Dan-ar Integrated School (DIS) successfully convened its first School Parent-Teacher Association (SPTA) Officers' Meeting on July 21, 2026. Following productive deliberations, the SPTA officers formally finalized their comprehensive Action Plan for the School Year 2026-2027. This milestone underscores the school’s commitment to strengthening home-school partnerships and ensuring collaborative, well-structured support for the learners' holistic development and the school's improvement goals.

The School Planning Team, has successfully concluded the finalization of the School Improvement Plan (SIP) and Annual Implementation Plan (AIP) of Dan-ar Integrated School. This milestone ensures that the school’s strategic roadmap for the upcoming year is firmly aligned with DepEd standards, prioritizing targeted programs, projects, and activities (PPAs) that address the specific needs of the learners and the broader community through participatory governance.
