Thank you for the inspiration.💞👏

"You have to do this, kase Thales kayo. It is expected na ganito performance niyo kase Thales kayo. Siyempre, Thales kayo eh, dapat lang!" These were just some of the words attached to them because they were in a competitive classroom.

Others may not know, their journey as G12-STEM Thales wasn't a road traveled easy. There were bumps along the way. They had to live with expectations and pressures from their teachers and family everyday.

I witnessed how they laughed together, how they worked together, how they won together, how they cried together. I witnessed how they cheered for others, how they calmed others' emotions due to numerous breakdowns caused by their academic battles. I witnessed how disappointed they were when they didn't get what they worked for. From their victories to their failures, I was there and I've seen them all.

As their adviser, nothing but gratitude for giving me the most exciting school year ever. They had climbed insurmountable mountains already. They had danced with the big waves of the sea multiple times. They had conquered the fear of rejections. They are resilient. They are ready for bigger challeges. Alam kong napapagod din sila, pero di sila sumusuko.

To their parents, I hope they made you proud. Thank you for entrusting your kids to me. May you continue to guide them in their battles. I am confident that in the next years to come, hindi na tayo mag-aalala dahil sila na ang bahala.

As they step to college, I hope that they bring with them all the "Tatak Thales" attitudes and values. I am confident that they will slay their next chapter.
