Bilang pagtalima sa 2022 Filipino Values Month ang Departamento ng Edukasyon ay nagsagawa ng Project Reach Out, isang proyekto na may layuning mapalakas ang kaugaliang Pilipino sa pagbibigayan at bayanihan.

Bilang benepisyaryo masayang tinangap ng mga Taga Burobor P-7 Rizal Santiago City ang mga food packs.

Matagumpay na naisakatuparan ang proyektong ito sa pagtutulungan ng iba't ibang Clubs at Organizations ng Rizal NHS tulad ng Dabarkads, Guidance Office, Wins, Ok sa DepEd, Gulayan sa Paaralan, Young Interprenuership of Rizal and School Based Feeding Program. Gayundin ang buong suporta ng ESP Division Supervisor Estelito Balatan Jr. PhD., RNHS Punong G**o, Elmerchita B. Ribuca, Head Teacher IV, Helen P. Cabreros.
