𝘚𝘢 𝘱𝘢𝘨-𝘪𝘪𝘴𝘢 𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘱, 𝘱𝘶𝘴𝘰, 𝘢𝘵 𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘨-𝘶𝘯𝘢𝘸𝘢 𝘢𝘺 𝘭𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘺𝘢𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘣𝘢𝘨𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘶𝘨𝘵𝘰 𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘪𝘬𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘩𝘪𝘺𝘢, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗟𝗦 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 welcomed first-year students and reunited with upper-level students for its first general assembly of A.Y. 2026–2027. 📚

Warm smiles and anticipation flooded the place as students shared their first experiences of their first week in the program. Some say it felt brand new, but the real excitement begins when having the chance to get to know each other—breaking ice and walls of awkwardness.

A discussion on what to expect the whole school year was done through presenting the action plan and constitution and bylaws. Inspirational messages are also taken from the speech of the former chairperson of the organization, and lastly, a short segment of recognition for top-performing students during the second semester of the past academic year.

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙦𝙪𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 “𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙢𝙖𝙙𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙥𝙨𝙮𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙮?” 𝙞𝙨 𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙚𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙬𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙨 𝙞𝙩 𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙤𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙙𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣. 🧠💕

We may carry different stories and reasons for choosing psychology, yet our differences do not make us less deserving of belonging. Instead, psychology is a discipline that fosters harmony and humanity—a Panagkaykaysa. 💖

Presided by Rev. Fr. Joey P. Balunsat, MS, the 𝗨𝗟𝗦 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 gathered the BS Psychology community for a solemn Holy Mass dedicated to the upcoming 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗟𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀 (𝗕𝗟𝗘𝗣𝗣/𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗘) 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 on August 19-20, 2026. ˗ˏˋ 𝚿 ˎˊ˗ This sacred occasion is a solidarity and commitment through prayer amongst the field of psychology and His Holiness.

This blessed time is a testament to every lecture attended, every sacrifice doubted, and every practice that has eventually led our examinees to this critical point. 📚 Our dear examinees may brave their journey but the holy mass reminds us that beside every examinee is a community that humbles them and has faith in them. 💒

As the BLEPP/PPLE 2026 tears through the days, may our examinees bring both the knowledge they gained from the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲, and the prayers and inspirations of the people who stood beside them. May God grant our examinees good health, lucidity in every question, serenity amidst uncertainty, might to endure, and courage to trust themselves. 🫶

𝑷𝑨𝑵𝑨𝑮𝑲𝑨𝒀𝑲𝑨𝒀𝑺𝑨— a word that embodies 𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙩𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙨 𝙤𝙣𝙚. And this year, it’s more than just a name, it’s the heart of our first gathering. 💗

As we step into a new academic year, the 𝑼𝑳𝑺 𝑷𝒔𝒚𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝑺𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒕𝒚 invites every psychmate to come together, meet new faces, reconnect with familiar ones, and become part of a community where 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙨 𝙖 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚. 🫶🏻

In the presence of Mother La Salette, the ULS Psychological Society warmly invites all Board Licensure Examination 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 and 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀 (BLEPP/PPLE) 2026 examinees, students, professionals, and staff to a solemn 𝘏𝘰𝘭𝘺 𝘔𝘢𝘴𝘴 this Friday—August 14, 2026, at 8:15 A.M. at the University Chapel, 1st Floor, Miraculous Building.

This licensure exam serves as one of the canon chapters of our examinees’ professional journey. Hence, we deeply entrust our faith in the grace, wisdom, and strength of God, especially on the upcoming BLEPP/PPLE on August 19-20, 2026. May His holiness calm every anxious mind, relax trembling hands, and remind every examinees that their family, peers, mentors, and subordinates are on the sideline to uplift their spirit, too.

Examinees, nothing will reduce your sacrifices and perseverance. 𝙈𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙮𝙤 𝙥𝙖, 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙤 𝙢𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙮𝙤 𝙣𝙖. And as you step in the examination room, may you remember the reason you took this path, the people who trusted you, and the community you prayed to serve. When the time calls, show up and do it in kindness and righteousness.
