Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 128, S. 2026 of the Office of the President, and based on the latest DOST-PAGASA forecasts, the Municipal Mayor is issuing Executive Order No. 171, S. 2026.

𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄, 𝟭𝟴 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁, 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹.

Beginning 19 August, municipal employees shall shift to Work-From-Home (WFH), except those required for emergency, disaster response, frontline, and other essential services, unless otherwise directed by higher authorities.

Meanwhile, in coordination with the Santa School District, 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲-𝘁𝗼-𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, in accordance with DepEd guidelines.

🚨🚨PUBLIC ADVISORY 🚨🚨

𝐌𝐄𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐔𝐌 𝐂𝐈𝐑𝐂𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐑 𝐍𝐎. 𝟏𝟐𝟖, 𝐬. 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

Upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), and in view of the Heavy Rainfall Warnings issued by PAGASA relative to the continuous heavy rainfall associated with the Southwest Monsoon, government offices in the National Capital Region and the provinces of Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Benguet, Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Bulacan, Cavite, Batangas, Rizal, Laguna, and Occidental Mindoro are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements on 18 August 2026.

Agencies delivering basic and health services, disaster preparedness/response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services. Alternative learning modes shall be implemented for classes at all levels in public and private schools in the aforementioned areas.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

A MILESTONE WORTH CELEBRATING. 💚

Today, August 4, 2025 we proudly launched Project EDEL WEISE: Encouraging Dialogue, Empathy and Lifelong Wellness through Emotional Support and Empowerment.

This initiative is more than just school-based project, it is a promise that within our school, every voice has a place, every emotion deserves understanding, and every individual matters.

It is safe not only for learners but also for our teachers and staffs, recognizing that those who inspire others also need to be heard, supported and cared for.

Project EDEL WEISE is a bridge for meaningful conversations, a source of strength and a reminder that asking help is a sign of courage, not weakness.

📖🇵🇭 PAGLULUNSAD NG BUWAN NG WIKANG PAMBANSA 2026 🇵🇭

"Sa bawat titik ay may kasaysayan. Sa bawat salita ay may pagkakakilanlan. Sa bawat wikang ating pinahahalagahan ay nabubuhay ang diwang Pilipino."

Sa pamumuno ng ating Punongguro, Gng. Elvira A. Martinez, matagumpay na inilunsad ng Mataas na Paaralan ng Santa ang pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa 2026 na may temang:

"Wikang Filipino at AI: Kasangkapan sa Pananaliksik at Tulay sa Yaman ng Impormasyon."

Binibigyang-diin ng temang ito na ang Wikang Filipino at Artificial Intelligence (AI) ay maaaring magsanib upang mapadali ang pananaliksik, mapalawak ang kaalaman, at maging daan sa responsableng paggamit ng impormasyon. Kasabay ng pag-unlad ng teknolohiya, nananatiling mahalaga ang ating pambansang wika bilang daluyan ng pagkatuto, kultura, at pagkakakilanlan.

Sa pamamagitan ng iba't ibang gawaing pangklasrum, sama-sama nating ipagdiriwang ang yaman ng ating wika at kultura, habang hinuhubog ang mga mag-aaral na maging mapanuri, malikhain, at responsableng mamamayan sa makabagong panahon.
