ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 20

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 131, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 20, 2026:

📍 National Capital Region (NCR)
📍 Abra
📍 Benguet
📍 Ilocos Norte
📍 Ilocos Sur
📍 La Union
📍 Pangasinan
📍 Bataan
📍 Bulacan
📍 Nueva Ecija
📍 Pampanga
📍 Tarlac
📍 Zambales
📍 Batangas
📍 Cavite
📍 Laguna
📍 Rizal
📍 Occidental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes and learning continuity measures at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) workers placed under alternative work arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages or salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

Sa atas ni Mayor Arlene B. Arcillas, matapos ang koordinasyon sa DepEd Santa Rosa, SUSPENDIDO ang face-to-face classes sa LAHAT NG ANTAS, pampubliko at pribadong paaralan, sa Lungsod ng Santa Rosa.

Ang mga paaralan ay lilipat sa Alternative Delivery Mode tulad ng Modular, Asynchronous, o Blended Learning.

Manatiling nakaantabay sa mga opisyal na anunsyo at mag-ingat sa posibleng malakas na pag-ulan.

Nakakalungkot man, alam kong patuloy pa ring mag-aaral ang mga mag-aaral sa panghapong sesyon sa kanilang mga tahanan, sa tulong ng GABAY Kit na ibibigay ng kanilang mga g**o.

Sa kabila nito, hindi magiging hadlang ang kawalan ng pasok upang ipagpatuloy ang kanilang pagkatuto at pagiging responsableng mag-aaral.

Muli, wala ng PASOK ang mga nasa panghapon na sesyon.

📍 Nueva Ecija
📍 Cavite
📍 Batangas
📍 Rizal
📍 Laguna
📍 Quezon

Pulonian Scouts geared up for the Road Safety Awareness Program on August 15, 2026, at Holy Rosary College, Santa Rosa City.

Selected Kab Scouts and Boy Scouts from Kindergarten to Grade 6 participated in the program, which aims to explain important rules, signs, and good habits for drivers, passengers, cyclists, and pedestrians to help prevent accidents and ensure safe travel for everyone.

The school is immensely grateful to the students for their active participation in this significant event, as they are eager to share their experiences with their fellow classmates.

Ms. Manabel Cantos, Boy Scout Coordinator; Ms. Ching Julaton; Rhoxan Olis; Ms. Chriz Querovene Corpuz; Mr. Noe Barja; Ms. Oliva Paez; Ms. Marilyn Batao, Ms. Sarah Sazon, Ms. Rejean Nogot and Mr. Ronaldo Cambel, our very own School Head, were also present to guide the students throughout their Road Safety journey.

Special thanks is also extended to BSP Santa Rosa for the opportunity and another meaningful experiences for our learners.
