The Checking and Consolidation of the Expanded Career Progression (ECP)/Reclassification Applications for Teachers and School Heads conducted at Antonio Umali Hall, Schools Division of Nueva Ecija, Santa Rosa, Nueva Ecija was undertaken to ensure the systematic, accurate, and efficient checking, validation, and consolidation of the documentary requirements submitted by qualified applicants for reclassification under the ECP.
The activity was spearheaded by the Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Ericson S. Sabacan, the Assistant Schools Division Superintendents (ASDSs), Dr. Michelle A. Mejica and Dr. Danilo M. Jacoba, and the coordinated efforts of the HR Office in collaboration with the Administrative Officers of Schools/District, who served as part of the ECP Consolidating Team. The team was tasked to facilitate the thorough examination of the submitted applications, verify the completeness and compliance of the documentary requirements, identify deficiencies or discrepancies, and consolidate the applications for the succeeding evaluation and processing.
A total of 2,245 and qualified applicants for the various teacher positions were included in the checking and consolidation process.

The process began with the initial checking of the applications and their corresponding documentary requirements. The ECP Consolidating Team conducted a systematic review of the submitted documents using the prescribed checklist to determine whether all required attachments had been submitted and whether these were complete, readable, properly signed and dated, and certified or authenticated when required.
Following the checking and validation of the applications, the Human Resource Management Officer (HRMO), Administrative Officer V, and Assistant Schools Division Superintendent (ASDS) reviewed and signed the (RFTP) and (PAL) of the applicants.
