Mam: Coach, ipapagawa mo din ba sa client mo yung mga workout mo sa video parang ambigat naman kasi?

Me: YES at NO Mam.

YES kasi ituturo ko po sa inyo yung mga foundation and proper movement ng lifts.

- Hip-dominant (deadlifts, hinges, and swings)

- Knee-dominant (squats and lunges)

- Pushing movements (pushups, dips, and presses)

- Pulling movements (rows and pull-ups)

- Gait patterns, such as walking and running.

Pero LIGHT movement lang po muna tayo.

and NO naman, dahil yung program na iwoworkout po nyo ay based sa fitness goals nyo na gusto nyo maachieve. 😉
